Andy Rooney Passes Away At 92 Years Old

CBS confirmed this week that 60 minutes of reading, Andy Rooney, died on Friday in New York at the age of 92 years. The veteran journalist - who surround her career at CBS on October 2 this year - was hospitalized last month after suffering severe complications from minor surgery, and lived there until his death.

Known for wry humor and thick eyebrows, a weekly segment Rooney, a few minutes with Andy Rooney, quickly made him a household name and one of the most popular media in this country. Your feedback is home mainly to complain about what he does not like or understand (incomprehensibility as a roadmap or a box of cereal grains contain very little). Even found a way to complain about Christmas, which is not easy. Yes, Rooney is definitely one of a kind and led a highly successful career spanning over 60 years. He writes for television since the beginning and between racks also worked as a manufacturer. His work and personality of cranky humor makes us look at both the item and opened our eyes to the problems that would normally be ignored. He did not ask for our attention - asking for it.

In his last scheduled appearance on 60 Minutes, Rooney said: "I made a lot of complaining here, but all the things that I'm complaining, I can not complain about my life ... All of the current "pay to say what's on my mind on TV. There are more fortunate in life than that. "RIP Andy Rooney. Favorite cranky American men certain to miss!
