Driving under the influence of alcohol.
Driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher
If convicted on both charges, the artists can go to jail for six months, but it is possible minute. First time DUI offenders are rarely sentenced to jail, TMZ reports, except that the aggravating circumstances, none of which apply here.
Expect Musso, due again in court on November 11, trial hand and forced to attend alcohol education classes. Fines are also possible. Most importantly, let's hope he learned a valuable lesson.
